2010 Youth Waterfowl Event

 

Who:  Youth Hunters from 12-15 years of age

 

When: Saturday- Sept 18, 2010                     

 

Where: Join Us After Your Mornings Hunt at the Pointe Mouillee State Game Area Headquarters.

 

Planned Activities:

 

·         Free GDHA  and Waterfowl U.S.A. Membership for attending Youth

·         After Hunt BBQ Lunch

·         Equipment packets for each young hunter

·         Duck Cleaning Demonstration

·         Duck/Goose calling demonstration

·         Lots of prizes to be given away to the young hunters

 

Do you know of a Youth who does not have an opportunity to participate in the 2010 Michigan State Youth Waterfowl Hunt Weekend?

 

Volunteers from the Gibraltar Duck Hunters Association and Waterfowl USA S.W.L.E.C. will be available to provide young hunters with an opportunity to participate in the Youth Hunt.   No Boat, No Decoys, No Problem!

 

One legal guardian or responsible party must accompany each youth participating in this event.  Each youth hunter must be 10 to 15 years of age and must have passed a Hunters Safety Class and have a valid Small Game License in order to participate in the Michigan State Youth Waterfowl Hunt.

 

The hunt is limited to 50 participants and registration is required by August 15th 2010.
